We offer a no quibble refund policy, if you are unhappy with your item(s) we will give a refund with no questions asked. We must be contacted by telephone or email within 7 days of purchase if there is a problem with your order or any items are damaged or need to be returned for whatever reason.
Please be aware that most of the goods we sell are "used" and sold at a fraction of the retail cost new, so a reasonable amount of wear and tear should be expected. Wrong or damaged goods must be returned to us and a replacement or a refund will be issued excluding postage costs upon receipt of item.
Goods returned due to customer error and/or some other reason that is not the responsibility of Speedie Computer Systems, will incur deductions to your refund for transport costs and repacking the goods if necessary. All these costs will be confirmed as soon as we are aware of all the relevant information regarding each individual case.
